AUSTRALIAN ERICIFOLIA ESSENTIAL OIL
Melaleuca Ericifolia
💧💦 Essential Oil Singles, A-Z💧
A IS FOR.... AUSTRALIAN ERICIFOLIA! ?
Australian Ericifolia essential oil comes from wildcrafted populations of Melaleuca ericifolia grown on Flinders Island in Tasmania. The bright plant grows 10−26 feet tall around the coast and hilly slopes. With an aroma and benefits often compared to Tea Tree, Australian Ericifolia is a member of the same family as this essential oil favorite. Only select populations are harvested to ensure oil consistency and sustainability.
An amazing surprise from an Australian distiller, this relative of the familiar Tea Tree is an aromatic twin of Rosewood, without the cost of rare trees. Hard to believe that a leaf oil can have the same aroma as an oil distilled from heartwood, but if you are presented with an unlabeled sample of this oil I guarantee you will say “rosewood!”
In the world of essential oils (we know some species have been distilled for centuries!), this is a newer oil and is distilled from leaves and plant, making this a renewable resource. Its chemical profile is interesting: high in linalool, in alpha-pinine (as are the evergreen oils that we love) and in the cineoles that make the Eucalyptus oils such a friend to our lungs and make it easier to breath.

Our Australian friends call this gentle oil “Lavender Tea Tree” and rave about its use for children, both in cleansing and for relaxing them when sleep can’t come. It’s also great for the upper respiratory, as well as cleansing skincare for acne and other skin infections.
This oil is easy to use and because of its gentle nature, many parents love it and find it safe for children and sensitive individuals. It is often included in blends for children and those with skin sensitivities.
And if you are looking for a an oil that is Versatile, you may want to include this little oil to your list. Australian Ericifolia essential oil blends well with a variety of other essential oils, expanding its range of uses and benefits. It can be combined with oils like lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, and citrus oils to create custom blends for specific needs.
Although there is not a lot of human research yet on this essential oil, the combination of 1-8 cineole and linalool would make M. ericifolia oil a synergistic blend that is both comforting and powerful! This oil can also have a great deal of constituent diversity based on where it is harvested and distilled. Knowing your source of any oil is crucial, but with some plants, like this one, it will make all the difference in the world as to how you will want to use it!

Longevity softgels contain an innovative combination of research-backed ingredients, such as omega-3 DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and Clove, Orange, Thyme, and Frankincense essential oils, all with their own role in promoting whole-body wellness.
They are softgels that are a potent, proprietary blend of fat-soluble antioxidants. We mentioned antioxidants with Ningxia- antioxidants to kill off those free radicals in your body. So what are free radicals? Free radicals are toxic byproducts of oxygen metabolism that can cause significant damage to living cells and tissues in a process called "oxidative stress." Antioxidants are used by the body to counteract this process.
Longevity can be taken daily to strengthen the body’s systems to prevent the damaging effects of aging, diet, and the environment. Enriched with the pure essential oils thyme, orange, and FRANKINCENSE, Longevity protects DHA levels, a nutrient that supports brain function and cardiovascular health, promotes healthy cell regeneration, and supports liver and immune function. Longevity also contains clove oil, nature’s strongest antioxidant, for ultra antioxidant support.
Bonus! This blend is also available as a Vitality Essential Oil so that you can make your own supplements or add it to your wellness regime (adding it to a smoothie, water, etc)
